My Story-Omar Davis, Owner

  I was born in Jamaica, West Indies, and raised in New York City.  The first thing my parents did when they came to the United States was obtain undergraduate degrees; my mother in Accounting, my father in Biology.  Maintaining standards through hard work was ingrained in me from childhood. 

  Property Management has been my passion since discovering it when I moved to the Northern Virginia area in 1997.   If you are blessed to have a passion for what you do, it is a pleasure to do it, and you care about what you are doing. Care breeds integrity and commitment to excellence. I care deeply about the proper operation of a property.  DCMS,LLC is built on care and it is the foundation for how we provide our services.   

Your property is your asset and every property is unique. Upon assuming management of your property we conduct a detailed property inspection and an extensive review of all property information to learn your property and create a  management plan customized to the specific needs of your asset.   

 The DCMS,LLC's management plan is a template consisting of administrative procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.  Once we understand your property's specific needs, we develop administrative procedures for instructions on executing all administrative tasks to maintain detailed record keeping, and preventive maintenance schedules to properly maintain all your property's physical components.
